Role:

Pre-sales Executive and Customer Engagement Manager

Responsibilities:

  • As a Pre-sales Executive, the main Customer Engagement activities included:

    • Managing leads
    • Gathering and validating requirements
    • Coordinating Demos
    • Preparing and submitting RFP’s
    • Closing and handing over deals to operations
  • As a Customer Engagement Manager, the main Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) activities included:

    • Onboarding a customer to new solution(s)
    • Driving adoption and value realization
    • Identifying opportunities for expansion Securing the renewal
